SOFTWARE

We envision you have a theoretical education in programming, computer science or similar education and you have some years of working experience as a software developer. It is important to us as a consultancy company that you thrive in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment where you are flexible and a good communicator in your work with both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are an initiator, outgoing and independent. You are passionate about your work; you stay updated on technical developments and you exhibit high quality and professionalism. This makes you a strong and competent consultant, who can quickly understand new and complicated issues. In your project work, you can cover several roles within idea generation, requirement specification, design, test and documentation. The following disciplines are often present in our project solutions:

System Software:
• Development of mobile platforms (React native, Xamarin, Unity etc.)
• Augmented Reality (Vuforia or similar)
• Web-based technologies (Html5, Css, Js, jQuery, AngularJs, Ajax, React, Redux, Bootstrap etc.)
• Micro-service oriented architecture (Main vendor integration AWS, Azur, Google cloud etc.)
• SQL/no-SQL data center
• C++, C#, Java, TypeScript etc.
• Knowledge of idioms, design and architectural patterns
• Machine Learning (Tensorflow, CNTK, AML etc.)

We will emphasize:
• Understanding of processes, including Continuous Integration, static and dynamic code analysis, automatic testing and configuration management.
• Good understanding of architecture including OODA, UML.

EMBEDDED SOFTWARE

HARDWARE

We imagine you a LV engineer, electronics engineer or have a similar technical background combined with some years of experience developing hardware.

Working for a consultancy company we will expect you to thrive in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment, where you are flexible and a good communicator in the dialogue with both customers and colleagues.

As a person, you are an initiator, outgoing and independent. You are passionate about your profession; you keep up with technological developments and you embrace high quality and professionalism. All this makes you a competent consultant who quickly understands new and complicated issues. In your project work you can cover several roles within idea generation, requirement specification, design, testing and documentation.

The following disciplines are often present in our projects:

• Electronics in general – especially within embedded electronics, with good component knowledge
• Design of wireless technologies such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and similar
• Microprocessor and interface circuit design
• Design of audio, video, medico, and defense circuits
• Circuit simulation
• Knowledge of EMC proper design and thermal design
• Design of power electronics
• Design of power management, charging circuits and battery management
• Design of motor controls
• Testing, including wireless, environmental testing, ESD and EMC, preferably against specific standards
• Print layout

MECHANICS

We imagine you have a theoretical education as a diploma or civil engineer in mechanical engineering and that you have some years of experience in the field.

We expect that you are quick to understand new and complex issues, as well as you can cover several roles in projects, including development, sizing and optimization of mechanical solutions. In addition, you have experience in requirement specification, scheduling and reporting, so that you can ensure that we are always able to deliver successful projects to our customers.

As a person, it is important that you are an initiator and motivated to perform, and at the same time you must be outgoing and thrive as a consultant. As we work in different corporate cultures and

ELECTRICAL & AUTOMATION

We imagine you have a theoretical education as electrical engineer, automation engineer, marine engineer or similar, and that you have some years of experience in your field. We expect that you are quick to understand new and complex issues, as well as you can cover several roles in projects, including requirement specification, programming, test and documentation.

As a person, you are an initiator, adaptable, ambitious and quality conscious. You have a high drive, are positively involved in your work and in your encounters with both colleagues and customers.

We expect you to have strong skills within electrical engineering and automation, as well as it will be an advantage to know one or more of the following areas:

• PLC/HMI systems, SCADA or MES
• Commissioning of systems
• Troubleshooting and documentation
• IEC standards and other standards
• Offshore standards such as NORSOK, UL or similar
• Design of electrical systems
• Electrical component knowledge
• Electrical documentation
• Caddy, E-plan, PCschematic
• PLC programming in Beckhoff, Rockwell, Omron, Siemens and others
• Risk assessment in Safeexpert, PL calculation in Sistema
• Technical project management
• Asset Management within wind power, defense, oil/gas etc.
• Retrofits, maintenance excellence
• GWO certificate

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

We imagine you have a theoretical education as a diploma / civil engineer preferably combined with some years of project management experience. At DIS/CREADIS, we have many different types and sizes of projects and therefore we are constantly looking for both junior project managers, project managers and senior project managers.

In addition, we expect you have worked on product development, engineering or technology projects, where you have had overall responsibility for the project or responsibility for a part delivery (e.g. HW, SW, electrical or mechanical) and you have experience with the development process from idea to product launch. It will also be an advantage if you have experience from a large industrial company and would like to work in one or more of the following industries: energy, oil/gas, steel/metal, plastics, food, medico or IT.

To ensure project progress, it is important that you are efficient and skilled at stakeholder management. As a person, you are ambitious, dedicated, and you are constantly improving. You thrive with challenging tasks, where at times you will find yourself outside

your comfort zone. As a project manager at DIS/CREADIS, you will at times be part of the customer’s organization, and it is therefore crucial that you are able to adapt to changes and act in various corporate cultures and industries. As you will manage projects with people at different levels in an organization, it is important that you are outgoing, empathetic and have strong collaboration and communication skills.
