CREADIS GLOBAL TEAMS AS A PART OF VESTAS’ SERVICE - ENGINEERING CHANGE MANAGEMENT (ECM)
The Service Engineering Change Management (ECM) team in Vestas Global Service needed an additional pair of eyes to proceed with their operations. Intensive collaboration with CREADIS’ Global Teams resulted in Vestas reducing the amount of time spent on case resolution and CREADIS is now acknowledged by Vestas as a trusted partner.
Christian Berndsen, Senior Manager, and Head of the Service ECM team at Vestas comments:
“For more than five years, engineers from the DIS/ CREADIS Krakow office have been permanently located within Vestas’ Service ECM team. This highlights that highly trusting collaboration between both companies exists, but even more importantly, mutual trust and cooperation is present within the team. The entire team of Vestas and DIS/CREADIS engineers and office functions is distributed all over the world on different continents, in different time zones and different cultures.
In this environment we are working together as ONE team, where collaboration between both companies is key.”

Wind OEMs will therefore be asked to produce bigger and greater machines at a tempo never seen in the industry.
